This Privacy Policy describes how Ballistiglass, LLC ("Ballistiglass," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information about visitors to ballistiglass.com (the "Site").

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details you submit through our quote form: first and last name, email address, phone number, organization, role, project description, timeline, and any attachments you upload.
• Any messages you send to support@ballistiglass.com or john.mehew@ballistiglass.com.
• Consent confirmations (we record that you affirmatively agreed to be contacted before we accept a quote submission).

Information collected automatically

• Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referring URL, request timestamp) collected by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and reliability.
• Analytics events from Google Tag Manager / Google Ads (page views, conversion events, anonymized device details) and HubSpot (page views and form interactions associated with your visitor cookie).

Cookies

We use first- and third-party cookies for analytics, conversion measurement, and form session persistence. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit form functionality.

2. How we use information

• To respond to quote requests and inquiries.
• To deliver the specification materials you requested.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To measure marketing effectiveness and to retarget visitors who have shown interest in our products.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, and only for that purpose:

• HubSpot — CRM and form processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for thank-you and follow-up messages.
• Cloudflare — hosting, edge security, and storage of uploaded attachments.
• Google — analytics, advertising, and conversion measurement.
• Microsoft 365 / Outlook — internal email and calendaring used by our team to follow up.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

4. Retention

We retain quote-form submissions and related correspondence in our CRM for as long as needed to evaluate, deliver, and support a project, and afterward for a reasonable period for record-keeping, warranty, and legal-defense purposes. You can request deletion as described below.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email support@ballistiglass.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before acting on the request.

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to limit certain sharing. We do not sell personal information.

EU and UK residents have additional rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The legal bases on which we process your information are consent, performance of a quote/contract you initiated, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site.

6. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including TLS in transit, access controls on our CRM and email infrastructure, and least-privilege credentials for our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you submit information from outside the U.S., it will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. by us and our service providers.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period before they take effect.
