1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using ballistiglass.com (the "Site"), requesting a quote, downloading specification materials, or otherwise interacting with Ballistiglass, LLC ("Ballistiglass," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Ballistiglass

Ballistiglass is a Florida limited liability company specializing in UL 752 ballistic glazing systems and passive walk-through metal detection for schools, places of worship, and public buildings. We have been delivering installations since 2018.

3. Permitted use of the Site

You may view, download, and print materials from the Site for your own internal evaluation of our products. You may not republish, resell, scrape at scale, modify, or use Site content to train machine-learning models without our prior written consent. All trademarks, logos, photographs, illustrations, and product names appearing on the Site are owned by Ballistiglass or our licensors.

4. Quote requests and inquiries

Submitting a quote request through the Site does not create a contract, sales obligation, or binding offer. A binding agreement only arises after we issue a written proposal and you sign and return it. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry for any lawful reason.

You agree that the information you submit (name, contact details, organization, and project details) is accurate and that you are authorized to share it on behalf of your organization.

5. Product specifications and references

Specification documents posted on the Site reflect tested or engineered configurations as of the document date. Field performance depends on framing, anchorage, installation, environmental conditions, and other site-specific factors that are outside our control until we are engaged for a project. Specification PDFs are reference material; they are not standalone warranties or guarantees.

UL 752 ratings cited on the Site refer to laboratory-tested glazing assemblies. Our walk-through metal detection products are described as ferromagnetic detection systems for the passive identification of metallic objects; they are not weapons identification or biometric systems and should not be relied on as such.

6. Intellectual property

"Ballistiglass," "BallistiMAX," "BallistiMAX RetroKIT," "BallistiSCAN," and "BallistiSHOCK" are trademarks of Ballistiglass, LLC. All Site content, including layout, photography, video, and copy, is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notice on materials you download.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or embed third-party services (for example, our YouTube channel, Google fonts, HubSpot forms, or Resend transactional email). We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ballistiglass disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, with respect to Site content. Any product warranty applicable to a delivered installation is set forth in the signed proposal or invoice for that project, not on the Site.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ballistiglass and its members, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ballistiglass from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site is the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
