Request a quote
Tell us about your project.
The more you can share — product, scope, site conditions, timeline — the sooner we can come back with specs and lead time. Expect a response within one business day.
What happens after you submit
An engineer reviews your request the same business day. For straightforward openings, you get a same-day rough number with a clear set of assumptions. For larger or unusual scopes, you get a short list of clarifying questions back, then a written quote within two business days of the answers. Every quote separates the glazing package, framing, hardware, freight, and installation as line items so you can compare apples to apples against other bids.
What we will need from you
Building type, opening sizes or door count, and the threat or compliance level you are designing to (UL 752 Level 3 through Level 8, or a code-driven equivalent). Drawings, marked-up floor plans, or a single photo of the opening all help. New construction, retrofit, and historic-preservation projects each follow a slightly different path. If you are coordinating with an architect or general contractor, share their contact and we will copy them on the technical reply.
After approval
Once a quote is accepted, you receive a fabrication schedule, a single point of contact for the project, and a one-page install plan that one person can execute in under five minutes per opening. Lead times for standard configurations run four to six weeks. Field measurements, shop drawings, and the install crew are all coordinated by Ballistiglass directly, not subcontracted out.
